ضمن مشروع نزاهة المنفذ من قبل #جمعيةابوعلنداللتنميةالاجتماعية والممول من مركز الحياة راصد راصد الأردن RASED Jordan ومدعوم بدعم سخي من الاتحاد الأوروبي European Union in Jordan والتعاون الإسباني AECID Jordan
عقدت جلسة يوم الثلاثاء 12 /12/ 2023 في جمعية الإخاء والبر الخيرية في منطقة سحاب قاعة ملتقى المتقاعدين العسكريين جنوب وشرق عمان.
جلسة تقييم أداء البلديات، التقرير الأولي الخاص بالاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه لأعضاء المجلس البلدي والذي يشمل بلدية سحاب، الموقر، القويسمة.
وبحضور عدد من النشطاء، من منظمات المجتمع المدني بالمنطقة وحضور السيدة فاطمة حسونة نائب رئيس بلدية سحاب وعدد من اعضاء المجلس البلدي سحاب
وأيضا حضر رئيس ملتقى متقاعدي جنوب شرق عمان العسكريين انوار محارمة وعدد من الاعضاء .
حيث افتتح الجلسة السيد عبدالاله الحنيطي رئيس جمعية ابوعلندا للتنمية الاجتماعيه منسق المشروع حيث شرح به عن المشروع والممولين وعن التجربة الفريدة بالمنطقة وتعاون كافة الاطراف لانجاح المشروع ونبذه عن البلديات بالمملكه واهميتها والغاية من تأسيسها ومسؤولياتها حسب القانون
وتاريخ اول بلدية انشئت بعجلون وماتلاها من بلديات قبل تأسيس الاماره حتى الان
ثم تطرف قليلا عن الاستبيانات واهمية مشاركة الحضور بتعبئتها وبأن يكون لهم تفاعل هم ومجتمعاتهم بالمنطقة ونبذه عن نتائج الاستبيان مدار البحث الخاص برئيس واعضاء المجلس البلدي
بعدها تحدثت السيدة فاطمة عن المجلس البلدي والتطلعات واستمعت للحوار والنقاش بين الحضور والمدربين ونائب الرئيس عما يريدون من المجلس للقيام به وأجابت على كل استفساراتهم ومن ثم شكرت فريق المشروع على ما يقومون به من حملات توعوية للمجتمع والتي كانت ناجحه وساهمة مع البلدية على التوعية باهمية مشاركتهم بالبلديات.
بعدها قدم المتدرب السيد مزيد الخالدي والمتطوعة السيدة الاء الحنيطي بعرض نتائج الاستبيان والمواضيع المتعلقة بالجلسة .
وبالنهاية شكر الحنيطي السيد عمر يوسف المشاهره رئيس جمعية الاخاء والبر الخيرية وزملائها اعضاء الهيئة الاداريه ورئيس ملتقى متقاعدين جنوب وشرق عمان السيد انور محارمة والحضور وكذلك الشكر موصول للسيدة فاطمة حسونة والاعضاء على الوقت الطويل والكافي اثناء الجلسة والمداخلات المميزه بين الحضور و الحوار المثري.
A performance evaluation session for municipalities was held as part of the Integrity of the Implementing Project by the Abu Alanda Social Development Association, funded by the Hayat Center, and generously supported by the European Union in Jordan and Spanish Agency for International Cooperation . The session took place on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at the Brotherhood and Goodness Charity Association in the Sahab region, in the meeting hall for retired military personnel in the south and east of Amman.
The session focused on evaluating the performance of municipalities, presenting the initial report from the distributed survey to members of the municipal council, including Sahab, Mwaqqar, and Al-Qweismeh municipalities. The event was attended by activists from civil society organizations in the region, as well as the presence of Mrs. Fatma Husouna, the Deputy Mayor of Sahab, and several members of the Sahab Municipal Council. Also in attendance was the head of the meeting for retired military personnel in the south and east of Amman, Anwar Maharmeh, along with other members.
Mr. Abdul Alah Al-Haniti, the president of the Abu Alanda Social Development Association and the project coordinator, opened the session. He explained the project, its funders, the unique experience in the region, and the collaboration of all parties for the project’s success. He also provided an overview of municipalities in the kingdom, their importance, the purpose of their establishment, and their responsibilities according to the law. He briefly touched on the history of the first municipality established in Ajloun and the subsequent municipalities before the establishment of the emirate until now.
Afterward, he briefly digressed from the surveys, emphasizing the importance of the attendees’ participation in filling them out and encouraging their involvement with their communities in the region. He provided an overview of the survey results concerning the research conducted on the views of the municipal council president and members.
Mrs. Fatma then spoke about the municipal council, its aspirations, and listened to the dialogue and discussion between the attendees and the trainers. She answered all their inquiries, thanking the project team for their successful awareness campaigns in the community. These campaigns, conducted in collaboration with the municipality, contributed to raising awareness about the importance of community participation in municipal affairs.
Following this, Mr. Mazid Al-Khaldi, the trainee, and Mrs. Alaa Al-Haniti, the volunteer, presented the survey results and topics related to the session. In conclusion, Mr. Al-Haniti thanked Mr. Omar Youssef Al-Mashaheer, the president of the Brotherhood and Charity Association, and its administrative members, as well as Mr. Anwar Maharmeh, the president of the Meeting for Retired Military Personnel in the south and east of Amman, and the attendees.
