M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrang\u00e8res, de la Migration et des Tunisiens \u00e0 l\u2019Etranger, a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 la D\u00e9l\u00e9gation Tunisienne qui participe au 34e Sommet Arabe qui se tient \u00e0 Bagdad le 17 mai 2025.
Le Ministre s’est adress\u00e9 au Sommet Arabe en pronon\u00e7ant le discours de Son Excellence le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Monsieur Ka\u00efs Sa\u00efed, dans lequel il a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 la position constante de la Tunisie en soutien aux luttes du peuple palestinien pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de tous ses droits l\u00e9gitimes et l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de son \u00c9tat ind\u00e9pendant et souverain sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire palestinien, avec Al-Qods Al-Charif pour capitale.
Notre pays a condamn\u00e9 les crimes de g\u00e9nocide perp\u00e9tr\u00e9s quotidiennement \u00e0 Gaza par l\u2019entit\u00e9 sioniste, ainsi que ses agressions barbares en Cisjordanie.
La Tunisie a \u00e9galement r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 son rejet cat\u00e9gorique de toutes les tentatives visant \u00e0 d\u00e9placer le peuple palestinien et \u00e0 compromettre sa juste cause, soulignant le soutien de notre pays \u00e0 l\u2019initiative arabe et islamique pour la reconstruction de la Bande de Gaza par les efforts de ses propres citoyens.
La Tunisie a \u00e9galement exprim\u00e9 sa profonde pr\u00e9occupation face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution dangereuse de la situation \u00e0 Tripoli, capitale de la Libye, renouvelant son appel \u00e0 un arr\u00eat imm\u00e9diat de l\u2019escalade dans toutes les r\u00e9gions du pays. Elle a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de faire pr\u00e9valoir la sagesse, de donner la priorit\u00e9 absolue \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat national et de parvenir \u00e0 un consensus entre toutes les parties libyennes.
Elle a \u00e9galement r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 sa disposition \u00e0 \u00eatre une terre de rencontre pour les fr\u00e8res libyens en vue d\u2019un dialogue Libyo-libyen, sous l\u2019\u00e9gide de la Mission des Nations Unies en Libye, en vue d\u2019atteindre la solution politique esp\u00e9r\u00e9e, qui garantira l\u2019unit\u00e9 de la Libye et r\u00e9pondra aux aspirations du peuple libyen de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de stabilit\u00e9 et de vie en harmonie.
Par ailleurs, notre pays a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la stabilit\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion arabe, appelant les \u00c9tats du groupe arabe \u00e0 \u0153uvrer ensemble, en tant que bloc uni, pour faire face aux d\u00e9fis actuels, en priorit\u00e9 la restauration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de la stabilit\u00e9 politique dans les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions du monde arabe, ainsi que la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs du d\u00e9veloppement durable dans tous les domaines \u00e9conomiques et sociaux, sans n\u00e9gliger la dimension culturelle qui m\u00e9rite toute l\u2019attention n\u00e9cessaire.
La Tunisie a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 accorder l’importance requise \u00e0 l\u2019action \u00e9conomique commune et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper ses m\u00e9canismes de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 servir le d\u00e9veloppement de nos pays et de nos peuples.
Elle a affirm\u00e9 qu\u2019elle s’est pleinement investie, depuis son adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 la Ligue des \u00c9tats Arabes, pour assumer ses responsabilit\u00e9s pendant sept d\u00e9cennies, contribuant \u00e0 toute initiative visant \u00e0 faire progresser l\u2019action arabe commune dans toutes ses dimensions politiques, \u00e9conomiques, de d\u00e9veloppement, culturelles, technologiques et scientifiques, tout en soutenant et d\u00e9fendant les justes causes arabes dans les diff\u00e9rentes instances internationales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Minister delivered the speech of His Excellency President Ka\u00efs Sa\u00efed to the Summit, in which he reiterated Tunisia\u2019s firm and supportive stance toward the struggles of the Palestinian people to regain all their legitimate rights and establish their independent, sovereign State on the entirety of Palestinian land, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its Capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our country condemned the genocidal crimes committed daily by the occupying entity in Gaza and its brutal aggressions in the West Bank. Tunisia also reaffirmed its absolute rejection of all attempts to displace the Palestinian people and undermine their just cause, while expressing our country\u2019s support for the joint Arab and Islamic initiative to rebuild the Gaza Strip through the efforts of its own people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tunisia also expressed deep concern over the dangerous developments in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, renewing its call for an immediate de-escalation across all regions of Libya. It emphasized the importance of prioritizing wisdom, placing the nation\u2019s interest above all else, and fostering consensus among all Libyan parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tunisia reiterated its readiness to serve as a meeting ground for Libyan brothers to engage in a Libyan-Libyan dialogue under the auspices of the UN mission in Libya, with the aim of reaching a desired political solution that preserves Libya\u2019s unity and meets the aspirations of its people for security, stability, and peaceful coexistence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our country also stressed the importance of enhancing security and stability in the Arab region and urged the Arab group to work collectively to address current challenges, foremost among them restoring political security and stability across the Arab world, achieving sustainable development in economic and social fields and attaching the required importance to the cultural dimension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tunisia called for greater attention to joint economic action and the improvement of its mechanisms to serve the development of our nations and peoples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It affirmed that, since joining the Arab League, Tunisia has spared no effort over seven decades in fulfilling its responsibilities, contributing to every initiative aimed at advancing joint Arab action in political, economic, developmental, cultural, technological, and scientific dimensions, as well as advocating just Arab causes and defending them in various international forums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
