Position: General Manager – Syria Branch
Location: Syria
Nationality Requirements: Syrian
OFFTEC Holding Group is seeking a highly professional and motivated individual to fill the position of General Manager for our branch in Syria.
Qualifications Required:
– Educational background: Minimum of Bachelors Degree in any IT or engineering field
– Experience level: 5 to 8 years of experience in management
Required skills:
Candidates should possess the following skills:
1. Proven experience in solutions selling
2. Strong network within the Syrian Banking Sector
3. Solid IT/technical background
4. Very good English
5. Strong people management
6. Good commercial and business sense
7. Previous experience with being responsible for company or department profitability
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for the success of the company
• Is responsible for the net profitability of the company
• Is responsible to grow the company from a startup position in terms of sales, operations, profits and employees
• Is responsible for all operations of the company
• Is responsible for recruiting suitable staff when needed
• Is responsible or participates in opening and closing sales opportunities when needed
• Is responsible or participates in finding new products and vendors to meet market demand
