Building on its ongoing commitment to staying closely connected with its customers, and bringing its “Orange is Here” slogan to life, while reaffirming its continued journey towards excellence, Orange Jordan kicked off “My Customer, My Boss” on Tuesday, 6th October, for the second consecutive year, coinciding with the celebration of Global Customer Experience Day 2026. The initiative brought together the CEO of Orange Jordan, Eng. Philippe Mansour, members of the Executive Committee, and more than 1,300 employees from across the company’s various units, who took part in field visits across the Kingdom to meet customers. This reflects the company’s position as the true responsible digital leader, as well as its focus on delivering on its promises to customers and turning them into meaningful action.
During the field visits, teams of leaders and employees, divided into more than 230 groups, connected with over 10,000 customers across the Kingdom in the field, by meeting them where they are, listening to their needs and expectations, and working to translate these insights into practical steps that contribute to enhancing their experience.
Commenting on the initiative, the CEO of Orange Jordan, Eng. Philippe Mansour, said: “Today, our employees left their desks to meet our customers in the whole Kingdom, where they live and work. Customer Intimacy is a core ambition of our Trust the Future strategy and is at the heart of how Orange works every day. As always, every feedback will be analyzed, and worked on, to ensure that we always exceed our customers’ expectations.”
The “My Customer, My Boss” initiative puts the customer voice at the core of Orange Jordan’s development process, with insights gathered through direct interactions helping teams identify opportunities for improvement and shape services and experiences that better respond to customers’ expectations. It also enables teams and leaders to gain a closer understanding of customers’ realities and experiences, strengthening their ability to turn customer feedback into meaningful improvements. At the regional level, the initiative is part of a strategic approach across Orange Middle East and Africa (OMEA) and is being implemented in 17 countries, with the aim of fostering a culture of listening to customers and engaging leaders and employees in gaining a closer understanding of their experiences.
This second edition builds on the momentum of the first. Insights gathered in 2025 led to several key improvements over the past year, including the launch of “Ma’ak lines”, the company’s new mobile portfolio offering free 5G service, along with a simpler refill journey, faster fiber installation, and new services and features on the Orange Money wallet.
